The 2025 KTM 50 SX Factory Edition is a high-performance, race-ready mini-motocross bike featuring several upgrades over the standard model. • Engine and exhaust: A complete FMF exhaust system, including a fatty pipe and Powercore 2 silencer, is standard for added performance.
• Clutch: The outer clutch cover is a CNC-machined Hinson component, which offers improved durability.
• Tires: The bike features Dunlop Geomax MX53 tires for superior grip on a wider variety of terrain.
• • Engine: It's powered by a 49.9cc liquid-cooled, 2-stroke single-cylinder engine with a single-speed automatic transmission.
  • Chassis: The bike features a high-strength chromium molybdenum steel central-tube frame.
  • Suspension: A lightweight 35mm WP XACT AER fork and a fully adjustable WP XACT monoshock provide excellent handling and stability.
  • Brakes: A hydraulic Formula brake system with front and rear waved 160mm disc brakes offers advanced braking performance.
  • Adjustability: Rider ergonomics can be adjusted to fit your child. The seat height can be modified from a low setting of 25.7 inches (634mm) to a taller 26.8 inches (682mm).
  • Power reduction: For beginners, KTM offers two optional power reduction kits from its PowerParts catalog. These can lower the bike's output to either 4hp or 8hp for more manageable power delivery.
