2025 KTM 500 EXC-F: A dual-sport powerhouse   The 2025 KTM 500 EXC-F is a dual-sport motorcycle designed to handle a variety of terrain, from city streets to challenging off-road trails. It is the larger of KTM's two displacement offerings, and is available in three trim levels: 

• Standard 
• Champion Edition 
• Six Days Edition  
• Engine: Powerful 510.9cc SOHC, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, single-cylinder engine with Keihin EFI.

• Weight: Lightweight at 115 kg (without fuel). The Champion Edition has a claimed wet weight of 254 lbs.
• Transmission: 6-speed transmission.
• Suspension: WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring fork in the front and a WP XPLOR PDS shock in the rear. The suspension is tool-free adjustable, allowing for quick adjustments on the go.
• Brakes: Front disc brake (260 mm diameter) and a rear disc brake (220 mm diameter). The Champion Edition includes a semi-floating front brake disc.
