2024 KTM 500 XW-F

The 2024 KTM 500 EXC-F is a highly capable and versatile dual-sport motorcycle, designed to excel both on and off-road. It's essentially a street-legal dirt bike, built upon KTM's race-winning enduro platform. The 2024 model year brought a significant overhaul, making it an all-new generation with new chassis and engine wrapped in new bodywork. 

• Engine: A redesigned, fuel-injected, liquid-cooled, SOHC, single-cylinder engine with a displacement of 510.9 cc. It boasts over 64 hp and is designed for better mass centralization, handling, maneuverability, and anti-squat behavior.
• Chassis: Features an all-new frame with a forged shock mount and reworked rigidity for improved rider comfort. It utilizes a PDS (Progressive Damping System) rear suspension system with a new WP XPLOR PDS shock, which is lighter and shorter than the previous generation.
• Suspension: Equipped with a new 48 mm WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring fork and an updated WP XPLOR PDS rear shock, both fully adjustable without tools.
• Weight: The engine itself is a mere 65 lb (29.5 kg) and lighter than the previous generation. The bike's claimed wet weight (without fuel) is 254 lb.
• Electronics: Features an optional Quickshifter for clutchless upshifts, optional Traction Control for better grip in challenging conditions, and a new Offroad Control Unit (OCU) that replaces electronic fuses and relays for easier error detection. It also offers selectable engine maps.
• Additional Highlights: Includes a new LED headlight, redesigned forged one-piece side stand, and a transparent fuel tank for easy fuel level monitoring.
