• Engine: The XT-R is powered by an industry-first 998cc inline-3 engine known for its high-revving and high-output performance.
• Transmission: It features a six-speed sequential transmission with Yamaha Auto-Shift Technology, allowing drivers to choose between three modes: Auto, Sport Auto, and Sport Shift (manual paddle shifting). The transmission includes a lower first gear (40% lower than previous models) and enhanced clutch durability for improved low-speed performance and smoother operation.
• Suspension: The YXZ1000R SS XT-R boasts fully-adjustable FOX® 2.5 Podium® RC2 shocks with dual-spring-rate adjustable crossovers, providing 16.2 inches of front travel and 17.0 inches of rear travel.
• Tires: It comes with large 29-inch Maxxis® Carnage™ radial tires mounted on beadlock rims.
• Additional features: The XT-R package includes a factory-installed WARN® VRX 4500 winch, special edition paint, color-matched wheels, enhanced underbody protection, upgraded centerline lighting, a composite suntop, high-quality painted bodywork, contrast-stitched seats, a center-mount rearview mirror, and auxiliary lights. The electrical system has been upgraded to provide 1,000 watts of power and includes four electrical ports for easier accessory installation.
