Notes:

• Engine: It uses the same 890cc liquid-cooled, DOHC, inline 3-cylinder engine as the standard MT-09, known for its strong torque.
• Suspension: The SP model features upgraded suspension components from KYB® and Öhlins®. The front has fully adjustable 41mm DLC-coated KYB® inverted forks, while the rear uses a fully adjustable Öhlins® single shock with a remote preload adjuster.
• Brakes: The MT-09 SP is equipped with Brembo® Stylema monoblock calipers, a Brembo® radial master cylinder, and 298mm dual front discs.
• Electronics: Advanced electronics include a six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) supporting various rider aids like TCS, SCS, and LIF. It also has Engine Brake Management (EBM) and Yamaha Ride Control (YRC) with SP-specific TRACK modes. A five-inch full-color TFT display features a SP-specific TRACK theme, and there is smartphone connectivity via the Yamaha Y-Connect app. A Smart Key System allows for keyless ignition.
• Styling: The SP model has aggressive styling, an exclusive SP color scheme, a polished aluminum swingarm, and redesigned bodywork.
