About Us
Penco Power Products, was founded in 1985 by the Penrod brothers. Jeff, Kirk, and Vaugn Penrod began their operation as a small engine and auto repair shop in Bigfork, MT. This small business slowly began to grow, introducing new opportunities to expand. Taking their chances in the motor sports industry, the Penrod brothers added Arctic Cat to their expanding family. In 1990, the Penrod brothers took another risky business venture by purchasing a Yamaha franchise and making their business what you see today. Leading the pack in powersports, Penco Power Products is now centrally located in Kalispell, MT and has expanded by approximately 5,000sq feet into a custom built 17,000sq foot home for Yamaha, KTM, and Walker Lawn Equipment sales. Penco considers the community to be the life blood of their operation and eagerly gives back to the community. Throughout the summer and into the winter, weekends are set aside for community events such as open houses, rider courses, family fun and games, and barbeques! Winners of these fun competitions are often rewarded with cash and merchandise prizes. Penco holds customer rides that entail dirt and rocks for off-road riding and snow courses for the winter months. Helping to keep riders safe, Penco offers a variety of tools, products, and safety training courses. Our local racers are offered sponsorship and discounts on parts and labor. Throughtout the year, Penco gives to the community by donating coats to help keep children warm. Cash and products are donated yearly to assist fund raisers such as W.I.N.G.S cancer society, and St. Judes Children's Hospital. Area police, fire departments, schools, food banks. Local charities are all included in the Penco's extended family. We believe in givng back to those who support and help us grow! Penco has a strong ethic and business background.
Our Penco home is open to anyone needing or willing to take a chance on letting us serve them.
